Abstract

This thesis addresses the challenges and solutions in preparing specialists in the field of technology within higher education institutions. It highlights the importance of aligning educational programs with international standards and modern scientific advancements. The study emphasizes the need for regular updates to curricula, teaching materials, and methodologies to ensure effective teaching of natural sciences and engineering disciplines.Practical integration of theoretical and hands-on training is proposed, particularly in mechanical engineering, where students could combine classroom learning with paid work experience at production enterprises. This dual approach not only bridges the gap between theory and practice but also helps students become financially self-reliant. The paper also discusses the role of innovative technologies in enhancing the efficiency of teaching methods, including the use of digital resources, artificial intelligence, and immersive tools like VR, AR, and MR. The importance of adopting best practices from advanced foreign countries in integrating digital and pedagogical technologies into the education system is underscored.Furthermore, the thesis focuses on improving graduate employment rates by monitoring indicators such as employment levels, average salaries, and employer feedback. It advocates for continuous assessment of graduates' competencies
