These days importance is being placed to the matter of enhancing the essence and quality of education in our Republic. In addition like in the developed countries of the world, the introduction of modern information technologies into education, the development of education, and ways to increase its productivity are being searched, and research in the direction of applying computer technologies into education is being improved.
