Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is transforming traditional methods of teaching and learning, particularly in the field of English language education. AI-powered tools such as intelligent tutoring systems, speech recognition, language learning apps, and personalized feedback mechanisms are reshaping the way English is taught and learned. By offering individualized learning experiences, AI helps address diverse student needs, tracks progress, and provides real-time feedback. Moreover, AI technology can bridge the gap for learners in different contexts, making language learning more accessible and flexible. This innovation also raises important questions about the role of educators, the ethics of AI, and how technology can complement human teaching rather than replace it. The use of AI in English teaching promises to enhance student engagement, foster autonomous learning, and create a more dynamic and effective learning environment.
