Abstract

Giperprolaktinemiya (GP) - bu qondagi prolaktin gormoni darajasi normaga nisbatan yuqori bo'lgan holat.Bu sindrom eng keng tarqalgan  klinik endokrinologiya muammolaridan biridir.  Kattalar aholisining 0,4% ni GP bilan kasallangan bemorlar  tashkil qiladi. Reproduktiv kasalliklar ichida esa 9-17% ayollar kasallanadi. Insulin rezistentlik (IR)- endogen yoki ekzogen insulinga metabolik javobning buzilishi.Insulinorezistentlik tarqalishi, ayniqsa, rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda va yosh populyatsiyalarda 20% dan 40% gacha  ortmoqda. Odatda plazmada prolaktin miqdorining ortishi insulinorezistentlik fenomeni bilan birga keladi.
