de is a condition that manifests itself as progressive multifocal disorders of brain functions based on a lack of cerebral circulation. One of the most severe manifestations of De is vascular dementia.The occurrence of neurological, neuropsychological and mental disorders can be caused by a chronic violation of cerebral circulation and (or) recurrent episodes of dyscirculation with pronounced clinical signs (in the form of a stroke or a temporary ischemic attack) or occurring subclinically.
