Abstract

This article analyzes the role of a teacher's intellectual potential as an important factor in achieving quality results in the educational process. It examines how a teacher's knowledge, thinking, creative and pedagogical potential contribute to improving the quality of education, as well as their connection with the needs of professional development and digital skills emerging in the modern educational environment. The study uses global and local sources and discusses the role and prospects of improving a teacher's intellectual potential in the educational process.
