Abstract

This paper explores the intricate relationship between the brain and language, integrating findings from linguistics, cognitive neuroscience, and psychology. It examines how different brain regions contribute to language comprehension and production, with particular focus on Broca’s and Wernicke’s areas. The paper also discusses the neurological basis of language disorders, bilingualism, and neuroplasticity. Drawing from both classical and contemporary research, it highlights how the brain enables humans to acquire, process, and use language, and how language, in turn, shapes brain development.
