This article focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of nephrotic syndrome in children, a kidney disorder characterized by significant protein loss in the urine, low albumin levels in the blood, and swelling. Nephrotic syndrome can result from a variety of causes, including primary glomerular diseases like Minimal Change Disease, as well as secondary conditions related to systemic diseases or infections. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are critical in preventing complications such as kidney failure, infections, and blood clotting.
