DEVELOPMENT OF OPHTHALMOLOGICAL COMPETENCIES IN STUDENTS THROUGH THE USE OF BIOLOGICAL MODELING TECHNOLOGIES IN MEDICAL EDUCATION

This article examines the significance of biological modeling technologies in the training of future ophthalmologists. Modern medical education requires the integration of innovative approaches, and biological modeling allows for a deeper understanding of complex physiological and pathological processes of the eye apparatus. Computer simulations, virtual laboratories, and 3D models help students safely master the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. The use of such technologies not only improves the quality of education but also fosters critical thinking and decision-making skills in complex clinical situations. The article analyzes the prospects for further integration of biological modeling into ophthalmological education and its impact on the professional training of future doctors.
