Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ta’lim bolaning shaxsi, iste’dodi, aqliy va jismoniy qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishga, inson huquqlari va asosiy erkinliklarini hurmat qilishga, erkin jamiyatda tinchlik, do‘stlik, o‘zaro hamjihatlik, bag‘rikenglik va tenglik, hurmat-ehtirom sharoitida hayot kechirishga yo‘naltirilishi lozimligi ta’kidlangan. Shu asosda, ayniqsa, imkoniyati cheklangan bolalarni  umumta'lim мактаблариga jalb qilish masalasi korib chiqiladi.
