Ювенильный идиопатический артрит является одной распространенных заболеваний среди детей различного возраста. Ювенильный идиопатический артрит — одно из наиболее частых и самых инвалидизирующих ревматических заболеваний, встречающихся у детей. Заболеваемость ЮИА составляет 2–16 на 100 000 детского населения в возрасте до 16 лет [3]. Ювенильный идиопатический артрит — мультифакторное полигенное заболевание, механизмы развития которого отличаются при разных вариантах болезни.
