Abstract

This article discusses how, in addition to achieving a deep understanding of the theoretical foundations of their profession, teachers in continuous professional development programs are also adequately introduced to innovative technologies and interactive methods. These teachers are expected to effectively apply these technologies and methods in the organization of the teaching and learning process. The goal is to develop the necessary skills for using these tools efficiently in educational practice.
