Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ayol raxbarlik fenomeni, uning ijtimoiy ong va ma'naviy qadriyatlar bilan o'zaro bog'liqligi tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy jamiyatda ayollarning rahbarlik lavozimlaridagi o'rni, gender stereotiplari, ma'naviy-madaniy omillarning ta'siri hamda ayol raxbarlarning jamiyat taraqqiyotidagi ahamiyati ko'rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko'ra, ayol raxbarlar o'ziga xos boshqaruv uslubi, empatiya qobiliyati va ijtimoiy mas'uliyat tuyg'usi bilan ajralib turadi.
