Keywords:
Globalization, youth, education, employment, cultural identity, inequality.Abstract
Globalization has become one of the most significant forces shaping the twenty-first century, affecting economic, cultural, and social systems worldwide. For young people, globalization presents both opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, it creates new chances for education, employment, innovation, and cultural exchange. On the other hand, it brings social inequality, job insecurity, cultural identity loss, and psychological pressures. This paper explores how globalization influences the lives of young people by analyzing both its positive and negative aspects. The discussion emphasizes that the impact of globalization depends largely on how individuals, institutions, and governments manage the changes.
