Abstract

In contemporary educational systems, developing students' emotional intelligence alongside academic knowledge has become increasingly crucial. Learner-centered education represents one of the most effective approaches for fostering emotional intelligence development in modern educational contexts. This thesis explores the interconnected relationship between learner-centered pedagogical approaches and emotional intelligence cultivation, examining how educational environments that prioritize student agency and individual needs can significantly enhance emotional competencies.
