Abstract

The 21st century is becoming known as the technological era of human progress. In particular, the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is creating a need for reform not only in economic and scientific spheres but also within legal systems. The 2021 report of the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN OHCHR) emphasized that mismanagement of AI could pose serious threats to fundamental human rights—especially to privacy, equality, freedom, and justice.
