Abstract

1980-yillarning o'rtalarida OIVning qon quyish orqali yuqishi haqida xavotirlar paydo bo'lgan, ushbu sohadagi intensiv tadqiqotlar va ishlanmalar jadal rivojlandi.

Vaqt o'tishi bilan qon quyish B va C gepatitlari, G'arbiy Nil virusi ensefaliti, koronavirus, inson T-hujayrali leykemiya virusi va bakterial infektsiyalar kabi yuqumli kasalliklarning tarqalishiga yordam berishi mumkinligi aniqlandi. Yuqumli xavflardan tashqari, donor qonidan foydalanish gemolitik transfüzyon reaktsiyalari, o'tkir o'pka shikastlanishi, transplantatsiyani rad etish, anafilaksiya va transfuziyadan keyingi purpura kabi bir qator asoratlarga olib kelishi mumkin.
