Abstract

The problem of underdeveloped speech was first theoretically substantiated by R. E. Levina. It is said that the speech is underdeveloped in terms of phonetic-phonemic, lexical-grammatical aspects of speech with normal intelligence. In children with severe speech impairment, the pronunciation of sounds and their auditory discrimination are impaired to one degree or another, the skills of mastering the system of morphemes are not well mastered.
