Abstract

This article draws inspiration from Gafur Ghulam’s story, "The Solution Has Been Taken", which critiques the inefficiencies and shortcomings of tax officials during his time. The story underscores the importance of individuals knowing and asserting their rights, ultimately leading to justice, even if delayed. By examining the historical context of tax administration and comparing it to modern reforms in Uzbekistan, this article highlights the transformative impact of technology and automation in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and fairness in tax systems.
