METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIDACTIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGY

This article analyzes the methodology for the development of didactic and technological competence of teachers of technology. The article covers how to increase teacher competencies through modern educational methods, interactive educational methods, digital technologies and innovative pedagogical approaches. It also covers the use of modern technology in teaching technology science, the basics of robotics and programming, VR/AR technologies, and creative education techniques. The article analyzes methodological approaches that are important in improving the educational process, the professional development of teachers and ways to effectively use technology in education. This article serves as a useful guide for the pedagogical community, including modern approaches and techniques aimed at improving the skills of teachers of technology.
