KUKUN METALLURGIYASI TOMONIDAN ISHLAB CHIQARILGAN ALYUMINIY ASOSIDAGI METALL MATRITSALI KOMPOZITSIYALAR BO‘YICHA TADQIQOTLAR

Kompozit materiallar - bu ikki xil materiallar birlashtirilgan material bo‘lib, uning alohida tarkibiy moddasiga nisbatan yaxshiroq bo‘lishi mumkin bo‘lgan yangi materialni ishlab chiqish. Metal matritsa kompozitsiyasi kompozitsion materialga misol bo‘lib, unda asosiy yoki asosiy material yangi qator metallar, metall bo‘lmaganlar kabi ikkilamchi materiallar va yangi keramika va tolalar kabi boshqa materiallar bilan mustahkamlangan. Metall matritsali kompozitlar moslashtirilgan xususiyatlar uchun ishlab chiqariladi va ular o‘ziga xos xususiyatlar bo‘yicha an'anaviy materiallardan yangi ustundir. Metall matritsali kompozitlarning yangi qatorlari maqsadli xususiyatlar ko‘lamini taqdim etadi, ular maxsus ilovalarga muvofiq bo‘lishi mumkin, masalan, yangi chiziqning yuqori quvvatiga nisbatan og‘irlik nisbati, yaxshi o‘rmalanish qarshiligi, boshqariladigan termal yangi chiziq kengayish koeffitsienti va hokazo. Kukunlarni aralashtirish chang metallurgiyasi orqali har qanday materialni muvaffaqiyatli yangi ishlab chiqarish yo‘lidagi muhim qadamlardan biridir. Kompozitlar ishlab chiqarish bo‘yicha hozirgi tadqiqot ishida bu masalaga yangicha ahamiyat berildi. An’anaviy V-blender va maxsus ishlab chiqilgan bochkali mikser orqali kukunlarni samarali aralashtirishga erishish uchun yangi eksperimental tadqiqot o‘tkazildi. Ushbu ikkita aralashtirish moslamasi alyuminiy (matritsa) va kremniy karbid (mustahkamlash) kukunlarini yangi qatorga aralashtirish uchun ishlatilgan. Har ikkala aralashtirish moslamasining yangi aralashtirish unumdorligi solishtirildi. Barrel aralashtirgichi V-blenderga nisbatan yangi qatorga qaraganda yaxshiroq ekanligi aniqlandi, chunki barrel aralashtirgich yangi kukunlarni aralashtirish jarayonida kesishni keltirib chiqaradi. Barrel aralashtirgich spiral aralashtirgich bilan ta'minlangan bo‘lib, u kukunlarni yangi aralashtirish jarayonida kesishni keltirib chiqaradi va aralashtirish samaradorligini oshiradi va umumiy aralashtirish vaqtini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Armatura zarralarining yaxshiroq tarqalishiga erishildi.
