Abstract

This article examines "proverbs that indicate a person's mental qualities" used in Uzbek and English proverbs. They will be discussed in the context of the origin of proverbs and descriptions of their mental potential. Mental qualities commonly used in Uzbek and English are ordered and based on examples of their basic meanings, technical significance, and demonstration of change in Uzbek and English. The article concludes by describing the mental abilities of people, showing the relationship of proverbs and their cultural features and features of history.
