Abstract

Liderlik jamoa samaradorligini belgilovchi muhim omil hisoblanadi. Har xil liderlik uslublari jamoalar o'rtasida farqlarni keltirib chiqaradi va ularning samaradorligiga ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Ushbu tezisda liderlik uslublari va ularning jamoa samaradorligiga ta'siri tahlil qilinadi. Maqsadimiz — liderlik uslublarining jamoa dinamikasiga va ish faoliyatiga ta'sirini o'rganishdir.
