Abstract
Today, society faces the task of transition to innovative development and economic modernization. In such conditions, an active search for means of stimulating the innovative and investment activity of private capital, ensuring the most effective combination of the interests of state and business structures is carried out. Public-private partnership can be used as such a tool.
