Abstract

Parasites have a general effect on the body, aggravate chronic pathologies, reduce immunity, and can cause serious organic diseases. Parasites can be located in various tissues and organs: some of them live in the respiratory system, most of them live in the digestive system, and some live in nervous tissues. Most often, helminths enter the body through poorly washed vegetables, fruits, poor-quality water, raw meat, and fish. Some gelments enter intermediate forms of development in the form of cysts, and eggs. Infection of parasites occurs due to non-compliance with the rules of personal hygiene. It is also transmitted from pets. Another feature of this pathology is that if one member of the family is sick, all the others may be sick. There are two ways to detect parasites. These are macroscopic helminthoscopy and microscopic helminthoscopy. Some helminths are intermediate forms of development in the form of cysts and eggs.
