Abstract

This article provides information about the emergence of power, existing theories regarding it, and the widespread nature of democratic power throughout the world, along with its advantages and disadvantages. Additionally, it discusses the necessary actions that should be taken in exercising power and the skills required for working with the public as a leader of power.
