PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN TEACHING PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS IN SCHOOLS

This article explores current challenges in organizing and managing school physical education and sports sections. These extracurricular initiatives are essential for developing students' commitment to health and active living. Despite their prevalence, these programs often suffer from organizational, methodological, and motivational shortcomings. Through literature analysis and practical review, this study proposes comprehensive strategies involving digital technologies, motivational design, and multi-level coordination. The findings can guide improvements in sports education infrastructure, especially in post-Soviet and developing educational contexts.
