There were analyzed some contemporary foreign data about the risk factors of fall and associated bone fractures, and their prevention in human ageing. There were considered more than 20 risk factors as targets of prevention of these incidents: hypodynamia, high level production of sclerostin, osteoporosis, hereditary and psychological preconditions, and others. Second part of our review pay attention on the high effi cacy of the multi-component preventive programs. It is recommended to increase physical activity, use special moderate exercises, alternate moves of open and close kinematic circuit (as in walking), train the muscles of low extremity, strength, flexibility, coordination, and physical and psychological endurance, balance, to lead a health style of life. Various functions improving will assist decreasing falls, bones and joints injuries in older subjects.
