Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalari orasida psixologik xavfsizlik hissining shakllanishi va uning o‘quv motivatsiyasiga ta’siri masalasi yoritilgan. Psixologik xavfsizlik talabaning o‘z fikrini erkin bildira olishi, xatodan qo‘rqmasligi, kamsitilish yoki salbiy baholanmaslikka bo‘lgan ishonchi sifatida talqin qilinadi. Tadqiqotda psixologik xavfsizlik hissi yuqori bo‘lgan talabalar o‘quv jarayonida faolroq, mas’uliyatli va ichki motivatsiyaga ega bo‘lishi aniqlanadi. Maqolada pedagog va tyutorlar faoliyatida psixologik xavfsiz muhit yaratish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar berilgan.
