This article analyzes the advanced practices of customs systems in Germany, Singapore, South Korea, and the USA, highlighting their role in digitalization, risk management, and simplification of customs administration. Based on foreign models, specific proposals and recommendations have been developed to improve Uzbekistan’s customs legislation.
