Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy menejerlarning xodimlarni tanlash jarayonida Z, Y va X avlodlari orasidagi farqlar va ularning mehnat bozoridagi o‘ziga xosliklari o‘rganiladi. Har bir avlodning qadriyatlari, ishga bo‘lgan munosabati, texnologiyalardan foydalanish darajasi va kommunikatsiya uslublari tahlil qilinib, ularni samarali boshqarish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish muhimligi ta’kidlanadi. Avlodlararo farqlarga e’tibor qaratish orqali tashkilotlar o‘z ishchi kuchini yanada optimal shaklda shakllantirishi, jamoa ruhini mustahkamlashi va ish unumdorligini oshirishi mumkin. Tadqiqot avlodlararo aloqalarni yaxshilash, ijtimoiy hamda madaniy farqlarni inobatga olgan holda zamonaviy menejerlar xodimlarni tanlash amaliyotlarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan.
