Unda boshqaruv faoliyatining ilmiy asoslari, samarali boshqaruv usullarining turlari — tashkiliy-ma’muriy, iqtisodiy hamda sotsial-ruhiy usullarning mazmuni, ularning korxona faoliyatidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada boshqaruv tamoyillari — yakkaboshchilik, rejalilik, ilmiylik, tashabbus, javobgarlik va boshqa asosiy yo‘l-yo‘riqlar keng ko‘lamda bayon etilgan.
