Abstract

Maqolada innovatsion boshqaruvning zamonaviy biznes yuritishdagi o‘rni, mazmuni va ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Innovatsiyalarni joriy etish orqali tashkilotlarda samaradorlikni oshirish, raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlash hamda o‘zgaruvchan bozor sharoitiga moslashuvchanlikni ta’minlashning dolzarb jihatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Innovatsion boshqaruv tamoyillariga asoslangan biznes yuritishning ustunliklari, shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sharoitida innovatsion menejmentni rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari yoritiladi.
