THE STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT AND PROSPECTS OF AUDITING ACTIVITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The need for auditing services in the article is discussed in relation to the involvement of individuals who directly or indirectly participate in the management of the company, invest funds into its activities, as well as the state's role as a consumer of information about the company’s performance. It is emphasized that isolating conflicts of interest is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of data. Additionally, the availability of accurate information contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of capital market operations and enables the evaluation and forecasting of the consequences of economic decision-making.
