Abstract

This article highlights the importance of regional specifics in the development of physical fitness of schoolchildren. The influence of climatic, geographical and national traditions of different regions on the physical development and sports activities of students is analyzed. It is shown that sports and training methods can be adapted to local conditions, which will increase the effectiveness of children's physical education.
