SIGNIFICANCE OF TEACHING ENGLISH WITH AI TO YOUNG CHILDREN WITH B1 LEVEL LEARNERS
Keywords:
The digital revolution has significantly reshaped the landscape of education, and language teaching is no exception. Among the most promising developments is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into English language instruction. AI-powered tools, such as chatbots, virtual tutors, and intelligent feedback systems, have become increasingly accessible and effective. This research focuses on young learners at the B1 level, typically aged 10–14, who have passedAbstract
This paper investigates the significance of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching English to young children with a B1 proficiency level. Given the unique cognitive and emotional development needs of young learners, AI-integrated instruction offers personalized, interactive, and engaging tools for language acquisition. The study reviews existing research, analyzes practical classroom applications, and evaluates learner outcomes. Findings suggest that AI enhances vocabulary retention, speaking fluency, and engagement while also supporting differentiated instruction. The paper concludes that AI has transformative potential in language teaching for young learners but requires careful implementation and ethical considerations.
