Abstract

As a "cross-cutting" technology, artificial intelligence (AI) is influencing almost all sectors of the economy and affecting various areas of activity in a society developing along the path of digitalization. AI technologies are increasingly being used in political decision-making, particularly in cases with broad social consequences. At the same time, these technologies are becoming more complex, making it more difficult to determine whether they are being used in accordance with the law.
