Abstract

This article explores the significance of developing career orientations in primary education. The study examines theoretical foundations, practical methods, and current approaches related to career guidance at the early school level. Existing literature and scientific approaches are analyzed, and new strategies proposed by the author are discussed. The results aim to improve the effectiveness of career direction in primary education.
