OUTCOMES AND APPROACHES IN THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LIVER INJURIES: A RETROSPECTIVE STUDY

This study presents a retrospective analysis of the surgical treatment outcomes in 136 patients with liver injuries treated between 2000 and 2020. The study evaluates types of injuries, diagnostic challenges, surgical approaches, and outcomes. Emphasis is placed on the importance of timely diagnosis, emergency surgical intervention, and effective postoperative management to reduce mortality.
