Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of a teacher's professional identity and its impact on the effectiveness of pedagogical activity. The article identifies the teacher's own professional role, personal and professional values, as well as internal and external factors arising in teaching activities, and studies how they affect the effectiveness of pedagogical activity. The main focus is on developing strategies aimed at improving the quality of the educational process by strengthening the teacher's personality and professional identity.
