Abstract

Education has changed as a result of the emergence of digital technology, with online learning replacing traditional classroom-based training. Online education offers flexibility and accessibility, while traditional teaching techniques give instructor-student interaction and structured learning environments. By examining the efficacy, student involvement, and academic results of online and traditional teaching approaches, this study investigates their distinctions, benefits, and drawbacks. Through the use of survey data, classroom observations, and a review of the literature, the study identifies the advantages and disadvantages of both strategies. According to the findings, the best way to maximize student learning and engagement may be through a blended learning paradigm that combines aspects of in-person and online instruction.
