Abstract

Ushbu maqola AQSh mustaqilligidan so’ng davlat konstitutsiyasini qabul qilishda federalist va anti-federalistlarning yangi konstitutsiyaga munosabatini o’rganadi. Bunda Konstitutsiyani himoya qilish bo’yicha 85 ta gazeta maqolasidan iborat bo’lgan federalistik hujjatlarning roli o’rganib chiqiladi va huquqlar to’g’risidagi qonun loyihasining ahamiyati ko’rib chiqiladi. Maqola xalqaro munosabatlar va siyosatshunoslik sohasida tahsil oluvchi talabalar va qiziquvchilar uchun tavsiya etiladi.
