Abstract

Ushbu maqolada andragogika nazariyalarining zamonaviy ta'lim tizimidagi o'rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Kattalar ta'limining o'ziga xos xususiyatlari, andragogik yondashuvning asosiy tamoyillari va prinsiplari, shuningdek, XXI asr ta'lim tizimida andragogik metodlarning qo'llanilishi keng yoritilgan. Maqolada Malcolm Knowles, Eduard Lindeman va boshqa olimlarning andragogika sohasidagi nazariy qarashlari tahlil qilinib, zamonaviy kadrlar tayyorlash, malaka oshirish va uzluksiz ta'lim tizimida ularning amaliy tatbiqi ko'rsatilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarida andragogik yondashuvning an'anaviy pedagogik metodlarga nisbatan afzalliklari va zamonaviy ta'lim muassasalarida amalga oshirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan.
