Abstract
Ushbu maqola ovqatlanish gigienasi tushunchasi, uning inson salomatligiga ta’siri, gigienik me’yorlar, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi, infeksion kasalliklarning oldini olishdagi roli va xalqaro tajribalar asosida tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sharoitida ovqatlanish gigienasiga rioya qilishdagi muammolar, sog‘lom ovqatlanish madaniyatini shakllantirish bo‘yicha takliflar berilgan.
