This article describes how to store cherry fruits in the freezer for up to 2 years after separating them from the pit. It is recommended to store completely frozen cherry fruits with pits for no more than 10-12 months. It should be noted that with long-term storage of cherry fruits with pits, the seeds can begin to secrete hydrocyanic acid, which is harmful to human health.
