Abstract

Mazkur maqolada koxlear implantli bolalarning eshituv nutqiy faolligini oshirishda differensial yondashuvning ahamiyati va metodologiyasi o'rganiladi. Koxlear implant — bu eshitish imkoniyatlari cheklangan bolalarda eshituv va nutq rivojlanishini tiklashda qo'llaniladigan zamonaviy tibbiy texnologiya bo'lib, uning muvaffaqiyatli natijalari ko'plab omillarga bog'liq. Bolalar turli yoshlar va rivojlanish bosqichlarida koxlear implantdan foydalanganda, ularning eshituv va nutq faolligini oshirish uchun individual va farqlash yondashuvini qo'llash zarur. Ushbu yondashuv bolalarning eshitish xususiyatlari, kognitiv salohiyati, nutq rivojlanish darajasi va muhitdagi ijtimoiy o'zgarishlarga moslashtirilgan metodlar bilan bog'liq. Maqolada differensial yondashuvlarning asosiy tamoyillari, pedagogik va klinik nuqtai nazardan yondashuvlar, shuningdek, koxlear implantdan so'ng bolalarning nutqiy faolligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar keltiriladi. Bular orqali, bolalarning eshitish va nutq rivojlanishidagi muvaffaqiyatni yanada samarali boshqarish mumkinligi ta'kidlanadi.
