Abstract

Environmental pollution has become one of the most pressing issues facing the world today. Environmental pollution is not a new phenomenon, yet it remains the world’s greatest problem facing humanity, and the leading environmental causes of morbidity and mortality. [1]With the rapid industrialization and urbanization, the level of pollution in the environment has reached alarming levels, posing serious threats to human health, ecosystems, and the overall stability of the planet .Both developed and developing nations share this burden together, through awareness and stricter laws in developed countries have contributed to a larger extent in protecting their environment.[2]  In this article, we will explore the types, causes, effects, and potential solutions to environmental pollution.
