This article attempts to analyze the peculiarities of the regulatory and legal regulation of the activities of main pipeline transport in Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the legislation of foreign countries regarding trunk pipeline transport and indicates the needs of regulatory and legal regulation of these activities in Uzbekistan. The author points out that the implementation of transportation in the transport of the main pipeline is a complex process and comes to the conclusion that the industry should have a legal base and a clear mechanics and system of legal regulation should be created.
