Speech recognition technology has emerged as a transformative tool in various domains, and its application in robotics is no exception. Through a comprehensive review of recent advancements and case studies, we highlight the integration of speech recognition systems in robotic platforms, enabling enhanced human-robot interaction, task execution, and overall efficiency. Additionally, we address the implications of this integration on the fields of automation, healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond. Moreover, we delve into the technical aspects of speech recognition algorithms and their integration with robotic systems.
