НАВБАХОР БЕНТОНИТИ АСОСИДА ЮҚОРИ ЭФФЕКТИВЛИ КОМПОЗИЦИОН МАТЕРИАЛЛАР ОЛИШ ВА СОРБЦИОН ХУСУСИЯТИНИ ЎРГАНИШ
Abstract
Табиий газни турли кераксиз компоненталардан чуқур тозалаш учун оптимал адсорбент танлаш мақсадида Навбаҳор бентонити асосида олинган синтетик цеолитлар СаА, NaА, ВКЦ ва NaY лар текширилди. Текширилган цеолитлар ичида NaY цеолити аччиқ мухитларга чидамли бўлиб, Навбахор бентонити асосида олинган ВКЦ цеолити парчалаш учун эффектив ҳисобланади. 250С ҳароратда Навбахор бентонити асосида олинган синтетик цеолити тўла адсорбцион сиғими H2S бўйича 182 г/л. Табиий газни адсорбцион тозалашнинг математик модели яратилди, жараённинг конструктив параметрлари аниқланди. Адсорбер баландлиги ўзгариши табиий газни чиқур тозалаш технологик параметрларини, қайсиким бу адсорбция жараёнининг оптимал вариантини танлашга имкон беради. Табиий газнинг абсорберлар ёрдамида чуқур тозалашни компьютер моделлаштиришда диффузия коэффициентини албатта инобатга олиш лозим.
